RETURNS: REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Once you wear Jean, we’re sure you’ll be beyond thrilled with your piece. But Jean if you do decide that you want to return it for a refund or exchange, please ensure that you email our customer service team at orders@jean-london.com within the first 7 days of receiving your order.

We kindly request that all items for refund or exchange must be returned to Jean London unworn and like new. This includes sending the piece complete with all the original packaging. Items with missing pieces or exhibiting damage from misuse, abuse or negligence will be rejected at our discretion.

All sounds a little complicated? Not to worry: our helpful customer service team will walk you through the returns process, providing a quote for shipping costs from our selected. The quote will cover all customs, taxes and additional shipping charges as well as ensuring your return in case of any losses or damage during transportation.

Please be aware that return shipping charges are your responsibility and will vary depending on your location. Please note return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your exchanged piece will be sent out within 10 business days after we receive your original item, unless otherwise stated to you.

All refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned items and are applied to the same source of payment on the original order. Processing times can vary depending on you financial institutions, please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

No refund/exchange on:
  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. all engraved pieces)
  • Sample sale, archive or 'last chance to buy' products
  • Chains
  • Pierced earrings are also non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety
